My timing belt tensioner pulley barely clears the swing bracket and will contact it when turned 360 degrees around the mount bolt. It’s like the bearing may have been pressed into the pulley too far causing the side with the rolled lip to be too close to the bracket. Anyone seen this before? Normal?
Update: Looks to be about .035 inch clearance.
