Tapping Valve Cover for PCV

So I got a valve cover off a N/A 92 Talon from a local yard with intentions of painting it. I was looking at it on my shelf along with the other parts waiting to be put on my car when it hit me. It doesn't have the thread for the PCV at the top of the valve cover. Is it possible to tap the valve cover for the PCV? If so, what size and thread would I need?

Ok I'm just an idiot. It's a black VC and the PO got black paint in the threads and at a quick glance I missed it
