This was pulled off of Vfaq.

The smaller nipple on the cast aluminum body of the BOV may be spliced into the turbo outlet pipe or into the line between the turbo and wastgate actuator. Use the T-connector supplied. This connects to pressure even when the other line has vacuum. This will activate the BOV faster by applying pressure under the valve seat.

I'm unsure of where I'm actually supposed to tap the T into?

The way I have seen it done was by welding a nipplie into the lower intercooler pipe and connecting a vaccum line to that and running it onto the bottom nipple of the bov.

heh, screw that then. I was curious as to where to put the T inbetween the WG and the the turbo?
