ps- my friend has the same turbo as you, smaller injectors, SSMIC and he just laid 280hp at 17psi with 10counts of knock. IMO thats pretty good for low boost, knock and this altitude. With some tuning, more boost he will be well into the 300's.. So its very possible for you to get into the high 300's once the kinks are worked out. I on the other hand have never been to the dyno with my 60-1 so who knows.

As far as the knock thing... I should trust the raw ECU data in DSM Link? You get a choice, knock and RAW ECU values. Well... that's what an SAFC would pick up, ecu data. And we all know how "accurate" the SAFCII is, with DSMLink reporting 0.4 counts of knock the SAFCII would read ~28.

Now I'm worried about knock and I'm not sure I should be.

safc cant read knock, they just think it can

or better tuning? i run alcohol injection and its always helpful, but id try to tune out the knock before you run to water injection.

ps- when the car knocks a lot it pulls timing down to save the motor
 
what you were seeing when you were talking about 6.0 counts of knock, that is how much timing it was pulling because of your knock. The knock you wanna log is Knock retard RAW it makes it easier to to decipher. Also about the timing you would have had 25 degrees or which I would thik is a little much hence your knock.

I hate to burst any bubbles here... I had the old big 16g on my car and was hitting 480WHP......dam boost leak. (after boost leak fixed) I was pushing 25psi and flowing ~32lbs on the 16g. I went to a 60-1@25psi aswell PUMP GAS also and put down 353whp ON THE DYNO. Flowing ~52lbs. Now I am on a T66BB and log last night I Flowed 65LBS/min PUMP GAS. I will go get my lap top and see what my "WHEEL HORSEPOWER NUMBER IS". Anyone want to make bets its over 700...........pump gas.....I WISH
