Dumb question but here it goes...

I'm having to swap out my crank due to a spun bearing and found a guy who had new crank, rods, pistons for his 2g Automatic GSX. My question is will those fit in my 2g Manual GST? I've read some things that have me wondering if the Auto internals will fit in the manual.

They should fit the only difference really is that it's manual and auto engine is still the same for all 7 bolt 2g

Not sure whether or not the crank bushing is on his crank or not. Got a new problem now just trying to get to the crank. The transmission is completely disconnected but I can't separate it from the engine. Already double checked to make sure it wasn't in gear and its not. I'm stuck. I have to see if there is anything on here covering such instances. Anyone have a thread pinned on it?

You've removed axles, tcaae, inspection plate etc? There is also one bolt that goes in from drivers side it's above the tcaae mount.
