will the a/c fan work as the cooling fan or does it spin the oppisate way?

Scroll down almost half way to the post by luv2rallye with the pics of the DPDT switch and follow that. I did this in my car and i love it. You can turn on both fans without having to have the a/c on. Also I dont know if your bumper is the same as mine or if different bumpers dont have this but if you take off the bumber and take out the black piece of plastic behind the bumber it will help with cooling.

not really worried about the cooling...i just need a slim fan for clearence for the j pipse off the 16g...and insted of buying a slim fan i didnt know if the ac fan would work..

It will work, I have done it a few times. We have to run 2 fans in fl ------it gets hotter than Satan's balls down here.
