Theoretically, when I got my engine built and went from 2.0 to 2.3 liters, would I gain horsepower on the same boost? The built motor also included cams, pistons, etc.

The answer to this question is very simple, just solve this equation; 2.3L - 5x^-2y^104z^1000 over 2x^-1(-3x^-3y^-1)^-2(-6x^-5y^-1)^-6z^-2y^144x @ whatever boost level you are running = the added hp from a stroked 4g63.
If you have trouble with that you can just wait for your dyno results
