I would like to know what the stock internals can hold, HP wise of a 7-bolt. Crank, Pistons, Rods, Valves, etc. How much boost can i run without causing the motor to seize or the turbo to break. And how much HP to the wheels at stock settings.

This is bench racing. There is no way to know how much one engine will hold versus another. Take two motors, put them both on the same dyno, and you'll get to different horsepower numbers.

FYI, the factory RATES the cars between 195-210 hp at the flywheel, brand new. Age, condition, location, weather, etc. all play a part in how much of that is actually realized at the wheels. So there's no way to tell you the answer.

The same goes for this question. We can't tell you how much boost your car can take before things start to break or detonation occurs. Only YOU can tell that, once you have the proper equipment to datalog and tune the car. Start researching what it takes to increase the boost and what it really means to TUNE a car like this. Please do so before you start slapping parts on it and doing things that will only hurt your car.
