OK this is what is going on i have a for the most part a stock motor in my spyder, it is a stock 6 bolt, i'm having a built motor but together and i'm wanting to go with a gt35r turbo and a nice fmic and so on and so forth, this is what i need help with on my way home there is a spot in the road that gets putty full of water when it rains there is no other way around it i was wanting to know if there is anything i can do to help not have a problems in the further with water... now if i have everything done right no water should be able to get in the motor right??

What the fuhk?
BUY A JEEP WITH A SNORKLE.

Seriously, don't use an intake pipe that sucks air from close to the street.
How high is this water and why doesn't the city know about the issue?

Also- learn how to write properly.

If it is deeper than the center cap of the wheel then I suggest not going through it. You can definitely go deeper but it isn't probably safe or smart. I wouldn't worry about the motor or hydrolocking so much as I would worry about getting water into the transmission through the vent or getting the wiring wet repeatedly enough to cause issues.
