2G Stock 97 ECU and 6 bolt swap?

I reviewed some of the previous threads and if I understand correctly I can do a 6bolt swap and still use my stock 97 turbo ECU.
Is the only problem a CEL?

Shouldn't throw a CEL. I have wired many that don't throw a light. MAYBE a random misfire code but other than that nothing.

I was thinking of tuning down my 97 and I have the stock ECU I was going to put the stock injectors in and stock turbo.
