Starting is easy but then it will bog and if I don't press on the throttle it will die.I can drive it but it's really rough, bucks and sputters, and coming to a stop it will either stall out or idle 300- 500 rpm's.
This is after the battery started grounding itself and burnt the wires up and melted the terminals, I bought new wires and connectors. Friend fully seals off the TB with his hand but still gets a little life to it, not enough to run but faster than then starter. Help please:sosad:

MAF.

Check and confirm. Does the idle condition of the vehicle change when you unplug the MAF?

Check ALL fuses, in engine bay and under the dash. Pull your ECU and check it for burnt circuits/leaking caps.

Don't mess around with the electrical aspect. These vehicles are super sensitive when it comes to bridging the battery. It could be an array of things but to me the symptoms sound like the MAF got fried. Still, check the above.

420a doesn't have MAF it has MAP. I'll check the ECU.

ECU looks fine only thing that caught my eye was that some of the pins were whiteish.

Eh, I didn't notice the N/T. So used to the 4G63. Excuse me.

So, you've confirmed that the ECU is okay. Next is your fuses.

You're also going to have to trace down your wiring, sadly.
