Stalling out with closed throttle

for some reason i keep stalling out whenever im off the throttle (idle and otherwise) ... just had a new stage 3 motor, head and turbo installed at magnus and we cant seem to figure it out .... tampering with the intake manifold hasn't done much good ... in order for it to not stall out we have to set the idle at like 2500 rpms ... anywhere around 1500-2000 just stalls out .... at say 1500 rpms it surges to 2000 and drops down below 1000 comes up again and drops, stalling out .... what do you think? fuel filter? fuel pump?

I'm open to your thoughts

Sounds like a case of the vented blow-off valve. Otherwise I'd check and/or replace your plugs/wires.

Check the ISC. Or a massive boost leak somewhere.

I dont think its a boost leak because even at 10 psi it pulls like a bat out of hell but it is possible ... im thinking the ISC is definately a possibility .. thanks for the help ...
