This week i will change my stock clutch to a 2600 act + fidanza setup, i want a -4an line from the master to the slave pump. I want to know if this size is enough? and if i need to know anything before doing this?

Get the SS line from RRE, especially now that they are a sponsor. It's plenty and is known to work fine. (Or, call them and ask the size.)

Think twice before removing the back-flow restrictor ball, especially if other people drive your car.

You know I actually have the full ss line from SBR (master to slave) and the other day I was talking to Paul at Newlogics and he said that the full line sort of defeats the whole point to doing the mod in the first place since the line is still flexible in sense. The mod was intended for just the rubber line because it would expand and bend after a lot of use, but replacing the hard lines cancels out the whole equation.

So... whta about your line, do you regret doing the mod, or does it works for you?
Also what about brake lines, many people change them to SS beacuse of the expand reason, isnt that the purpose?

Well after doing the mod a while back, I didn't really notice any difference. I don't regret it but I kind of wonder if there would've been a difference if I just got the shorter line that replaced the accumulator only.

Also that was back on the stock clutch. I'll be picking up my car tmw that I had some work done to along with an act2100 w/ street disc and xact streetlite flywheel, so I'm sure the pedal will feel a lot different.
