Would it be better to install my 1220s and log maps on MAF for base Speed Density tables OR map what I have then change to speed density AND the 1220s simultaneously?

Yes there is, but it’s not plug n play it will definitely need adjusted via driving/sdadjust etc

On a stock SD table as long as you have the dead time and global correct the car will start and run regardless of the mods done.
