Need some help.
Here's my story.....
The past 5 years I've been working (slowly) on putting a 1g 93 4g63t talon engine in my 89 mighty max.
Once everything was installed and ready it fired right up. I drove around the neighborhood for 2-3 months.
It got to were it started to miss a little bit and when it did there was slight buzzing noise associated with it. (Couldn't pinpoint the location)
I continued to get worse so that it would die and be kinda hard to start.
It finally wouldn't start at all for about 5 months and then all of a sudden it started again and ran for 3 days and hasn't started since.
This is what I've done:
Checked grounds.
Checked continuity.
Bought new ecu, new coil pack, new injector resistor, new cas, used mpi relay, 2 used power transistor.
I have great fuel pressure but no fuel in cylinder. Removed fuel rail tested injectors, they worked and are not clogged.
Pins 102 & 107 have no power on them.
Pin 63 does not go to ground and close the mpi relay.
I can take a piece of folded paper and manually close it and the plugs spark. Or I can take a wire and ground it and the relay closes but not on its own.
2 questions...
1- What can I do so the mpi relay will ground and close on its own so I'll have spark?
2- What can I do to make the injectors pulse?

Was this going on before you bought the new ecu? I've had problems with new ecu's not functioning on other cars. Put a noid light on the injectors and see if their all pulsing and if they're not go back and check your sensors.
