Have fuel and spark but still won't start

I just put my motor back together with a 2.3L stroker in it. Went to start the car and it just cranks so i checked fuel and spark. I'm getting both so then I replaced the MPI relay with a good one. This time is cranked but then i heard a big puff/pop and i took the spark plugs out and smoke came out of the spark plugs wells. All of the spark plugs were wet with fuel. I'm at a total loss now. Anybody know what can be the problem?

timing is good. quadruple checked it before putting the motor back in the car. btw, it's a 1g 7bolt motor and 1g head

What about the cam angle sensor? is it in correctly I know having it 180 out can cause some issues.

cam angle sensor is still good and it never came out the head so it cant be 180 off.

you guys think that the cylinder is filled with gas and that's why it's not sparking? the spark plugs are soaked.

someone please help, i leave for my deployment in a couple weeks and i need this thing running.

ok, so i've checked timing, tried a different cas, replaced the coolant temp sensor and still nothing. anyone have any ideas?

just checked the ecu and it's good too

Well if ya have fuel, spark, compression, and you say your timing is correct mechanically and electrically, then there is nothing left. So you misdiagnosed or are overlooking something.
