I just found a guy getting rid of a turbo, a turbo manifold, and the piping. I was wondering what else i need to get my car running with the turbo installed. I know i could use an intercooler and what not but i just want to know what i NEED at the moment. Someone told me that i would need to chang my ECU... what do i change it to? An eclipse turbo ecu? Where can i get my hands on one. Anyways, im new to the whole turbo world and i could really use some help and ideas. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If your getting the parts from a turbo 4g63 engine than it wont work, the manifod wont bolt up to that engine because they are two different engines, urs having the 420a chrysler motor, and the turbo model being the mitsubishi 4g63t engine, your better off saving for the hahn/star turbo kit or getting some custom work done.

yea thats exactly what i thought but the guy told me not to worry that it would fit my car. Im going to take a look at the parts myself this week and see if he really knows what the hell hes talking about.

ok disregard that first question i posted, it was pretty stupid. Now i have a question that i havent been able to find in any other forums. Does anyone know what ECU i would need to use if i wanted to go from a 1995 N/T to a 420A turbo? Thanks

not the ecu, just the map sensor, you'll need either a "black box" FCD or a synapse Missing Link ($60)

turbo kits come with thier own feul compensation methods (rising rate regulator / SFMU/ etc)

but no mods are done to the ECU.

go to www.hahnracecraft.com and read up a little. I have a STAR turbo kit but they are BASICALLY the same (yes people, I know they are different but the premise is there)
