[solved]97 Auto Eclipse 420a Trans Fluid?

Newbie here. I own a 97 non turbo 420a Eclipse with an auto tranny. Was unsure what type of fluid to use, and am unsure if the transmission is different on any of the trims. I haven't seen a thread about a 420a auto trans fluid flush.

Anyone have an idea what type to use? And with the filter as well?

Chrysler auto tranny (which the 2G NT has) needs ATF+4 fluid. You can also use AMSOIL Universal Tranny fluid as well.

ATF +4 (any brand you want)

Don't use anything else, that transmission (a604) is VERY fragile.
