Where can I find the super side mount intercooler along with the piping at?

Piping you can find in the classifieds/ebay/craiglist etc. The super SMIC, now that's a rare commodity because not too many were made, they sold for quite high, and most guys that bought one either want to keep it or still run it. It's not impossible to find them, but it's not easy. You could always go the supra sidemount way, but you'll have to work to make it fit properly.

The hybrid 1g/2g smic is always an option as well..Not sure if it will support 350 like the upgraded smic's, or supra one,But budget friendly.

Are you talking about the Dejon Super SMIC? If so, this site has it at an insane price.
