Slipping Clutch

I bought the car and realized the clutch was slipping. When the car heated up the pedal would get hard and slip worse. I put in a new clutch and still the same problem. After talking with someone they told me the slave cylinder has been known to go bad on 4g63s. So I replaced that on a guess (which I hate doing). Still slipping. And now after further inspection I realized the previous owners decided to run a new clutch line right next to the turbo. I figured it was boiling the fluid making the pedal hard and the clutch slip. Now that ive returned it to OEM its worse. Im out of ideas. Anyone?

Its been bleed to death and its not all the time. It feels fine when I first drive it but the longer I driver it the stiffer it gets until its hard as a rock and the clutch is slipping. And the slipping gets worse the more I drive it also. But after it sits for awhile it goes back to normal.

Was the flywheel stepping correct? It could cause an issue if it isn't...

is this a first or second generation eclipse it sounds to me like you have symptoms of pump of. You need to properly adjust your clutch pedal. search on there and vfaq.com and you should find your answer but that is what it sounds like to me
