Would you just use slim fans with zip fasteners through radiator or get the twin fans with aluminum shroud available at extremepai and stm? And why?

I like the idea of a shroud over plastic through radiator fins but have seen it done both ways.

I would suggest you getting the fan shrouds i got mines the from mishimoto you missed bro they were giving a 40% off on a friday sale

Skip the shroud and focus funds on quality fans and ducting before the radiator core. If you can no longer use the OE fans due to space, consider quality fans like SPAL. Ducting to the radiator core will help immensely. If you are running an FMIC, you want to seal the space between the two cores for optimal airflow.

Im satistfy with the quality i got i tested them before i intalled and it was easy to install it wasnt a plug and play but it was easy using the pigtails from the oem fans and they have lifetime warrenty

If you live somewhere where it gets 120* in the summer, have a large fmic, and still have ac you'll change your mind. The only fans beside stock that work in that situation for me are spal.

Having 2 spal fans mounted directly to the radiator, and ducting under the car I can keep coolant temps under 200* when its 120* out doing 500hp pulls with the ac on. I also have a large griffin radiator.

I live in california bro it doesnt get that hot over here and i dnt use the ac it gives headaches but yeah mines work for me

I have never used spal this the first I have bought mishimoto and they're working great and i wouldnt recommend something that didnt work for me to someone else

Agreed with the SPAL fans. I have just 1 pulling I believe 1368CFM and I'll hit a few degrees over 210 until the fan kicks in and keeps it steady below 210. This is with ambient temps above 90*. I also have a huge VR Speed FMIC with no condenser.

Which spal fans are recommended?

This is the one that will fit with most aftermarket radiators: http://www.amazon.com/Spal-30102029-Swept-Blade-Fan/dp/B003PB9PN4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451456865&sr=8-1&keywords=spal 30102029 Part #: 30102029

What abot on our stock radiators?

So let me ask this.. i know it works fine on honda accord but what about replacing both fans with spal or fal pullers run together(using a relay since im sure stock fuse wont handle the 2 fans)? Will it work ok with ac driving as well as keeping temps down? Is 3.5" fan typically enough room for a jpipe?

I can make some easy aluminum brackets to mount them on the stock locations(i hate the zip tie method).

Spal fans, don't waste your time with the cheap ebay junk. I drove my car many times this past summer when it was 100° outside and did not overheat, coolant temps would fluctuate around 195°-205° in stop & go city driving. I use the stock thermo-switch to activate the fans as well as a manual switch. I'm running a drop in aluminum radiator, not sure of the brand as I bought it off an ebay seller 6 or 7 years ago, but it is a quality piece and actually noticeably thicker than a mishimoto unit.

Check out www.the-fan-man.com, he has pretty good prices and has always provided great service to me.

I run one of these pullers on the passenger side of the radiator:

And I run one of these as a pusher on the driver side of the radiator:

Before the pusher, I used to use one of these 12" pullers in conjunction with the 13" puller above, but I switched to a pusher setup in order to gain more clearance between the manifold/turbo:

Any picture of how the 13" fits? Would i still be able to keep ac fan in stock location with it or do i need to plan on them both coming out?
