2G Sinco tech boost gauge reading wrong?

Hello,

I just finished installing a sinco tech boost gauge I got off Amazon and I’m getting some weird readings. I know that I’m not anywhere near this boost reading at wot on a stock car. I was expecting 12-15 psi. Does anyone know how I can get this working correctly?

Key on - 0 psi
Idle - (-19 in. Hg)
Engine brake/decel - (-24 in. Hg)
WOT - 24 psi

I tapped the FPR vacuum line. Here’s a pic of the way I have it routed.

Forgive the wires, I just wanted to test it and make sure everything is good before I start cleaning it up. Glad I did.

Here are some pics from when I was testing everything. If there’s any info you need to help me diagnose this, let me know.

Is there a way to calibrate these gauges? None of the lines or wires are bent or damaged in any way that I can tell would throw off this reading.

Simply apply regulated air by an air compressor directly the hose to the sensor. Like set the compressor regulator 10 psi or so, and then see if the boost gauge is reading the same pressure as the air compressor gauge. If it's reading the same as the compressor gauge, then you actually have 24 psi of boost. If it's reading totally different number, then something is wrong with the sensor, gauge unit, wiring/hosing or installation.
