- New water pump, new timing belt, heads rebuilt with new springs, lifters, retainers, 3 angle valve job, light port & polish, new head gasket, ARP head bolts, new rod bearings (nothing wrong, just cheap insurance), new piston rings, honed the cylinders, basically all new gaskets in the top end and new vacuum lines, new spark plugs, spark plug wires, new fuel filter, I’m sure I’m forgetting something. All of this done at 120k mi.
I wanted to start off with everything as fresh as I can and checking to make sure all components are in good shape. I want to do an OEM+ build on it and keep it bulletproof with around 300hp at the wheels.
