seems to be running rich

My car has been troubling me for some time, it is a 93 gsx It seems to be running rich, like I can stand on the accelerator and it just bogs way down till 5000 rpm or so, also it has developed a very rough choppy idle, and likes to die very fast, it has new plugs properly gapped, new 02 sensor, and new oil. as I don't have a scanner as of yet I'm trying to narrow down the problems.

Do you have any intake leaks or boost leaks? Definetly check that, those are a very common dsm problem

That is the instructions on how to make a Boost Leak tester. VFAQ also has step by step guides for many other things on DSM's. Almost anything.
