Here I go beating a dead horse again.
However, went to pull the smaller spring due to the adjustment screw backed all the way out and still getting surge/flutter.
I Assumed it was a knock off greddy bov as there's no Greedy stamp or sticker anywhere. After popping the top I noticed the diaphram. Prior to disassembly, I did some research and the diaphram doesn't appear to be a NGR which the case of the BOV looks more like a NGR than a Greedy. However, the diaphram looks more like a Greedy than a NGR or eBay special.
After tearing the bov completely down, I noticed a lot of black rtv which doesn't seem to be factory or very professional.
The only thing I can come up with after taking in the rtv, the off brand looking body, but Greedy style diaphram is the previous owner swapped the old one out for a greedy? Would that be a logical assumption, or am I completely wrong?
P.s I cleaned up all the rtv before taking the picture.
