How hard is it to get a fresh tune from scratch. V3 full/SD/4 bar/660cc/stock fuel rail and fpr/Uego in rear o2 bank (not ECU).

If anyone can maybe help me that would be great

So you have 660s and a stock block? Fuel rail doesn't mean jack squat just FYI.

Have you gotten on the Link forums for the SD threads on there? There is a large thread over there with multiple maps of what people are running. I would suggest grabbing the one that RRE made and adapt it to your setup.

Nope I gave my friend the full price for the link and he bought it for me. I never got a login name and password to access the forums.

Anyway you can find me a log closest to my setup if I send you a mod list?

Well you need to contact ECMLink to get your account set up. Your friend took your account as it requires you to set it up when you order.

Message them and send them the serial number off of the back of the chip, your name, and what you want your username/password to be.
