I just finished installing a new timing belt. Everything seems good, except for when I turn the steering wheel all the way over to the left or right had side. The screeching noise will continue if I continually hold the steering wheel while it's at either end of the turn. This sound never occurred before I did the timing belt job. Obviously, I had remove the drive belts and power steering pump out of the way when I installed it. Should I try replacing the drive belts? I reused them but I forgot to mark where they lined up with the pulleys.

Holding the steering wheel at full lock in either direction puts unnecessary load on the engine and steering system and can make a noise if not properly adjusted as already stated. You also don't have to mark your accessory belts to line up. Just for direction if you re-use them. I'd check to make sure your steering rack isn't leaking as well. That's the problem I have with mine, even after rebuilding the steering pump.

Make sure your accessory belts are tight enough. Possibly low on fluid? As stated do not need to line up just make sure they are still going same direction if reused.
