rim question

ok so im looking at getting some 5zigen fno1r-c in 245/40r/17 but 5zigen doesnt make that size they make an offset of 43 or 35 not 40 would a 35 work if i was put a 5mm spacer? and would the 43 be a bit to big. some ### help
