I bought this 97 auto GSX knowing the headunit had been jacked with the center console broken.

Well now that I have a new console and am starting to tie up all my interior wiring, I have a few wires that seem to cut or stripped out of a 4 plug connector. They are right behind where the headunit would be but tie in down by the fuel pump relay.

Anyone check to see what they are for? Wire colors are black, black/yellow, blue, green/white. The 95-99 wiring should be similar, anything would help at this point.

Agreed. And the green with the white striper and black with the white striper make it handy when putting a gauge in the cigarette lighter location. Then you don't have to run wires for the lighting circuit.

Ah yes, that actually didnt even cross my mind. Bare cigarette lighter wires very much explain why a lot of fuses were blown when I got the car.

And squeak, thats a good point, but I put all my gauges on their own fused circuit. :thumb:

Thanks a lot guys, cross that off my to do list!
