HELP! What are these wires/plugs? *PICS*

I just installed the 6 bolt in my 2g, but have plugs and wires that i have no idea where they go to. the harness in the car was hacked. :thumbdown

1.Blue plug

2.black plug

3. A clouple of black plugs in front by the alternator.

4.A couple by the thermostat.

5.A red wire and 2 black wires....found out that plug went to the ac i don't have.

the black plug could be for the knock sensor ... the one by the alternator could be for the dummy light. I dunno ... all the plugs only plug into 1 place really ( except injector plugs ) so just keep plugging. Off the top of my head there are plugs for:

1 for the thermostat housing ( temperate sensor I believe )
2 to the throttle body
1 to the map sensor on top of the IM
1 for the ignition module
4 for the injectors
1 for the coil packs
1 cas
1 for the crank angle sensor
1 for the ac
1 harness for the alternator
1 plug for the alternator dummy light
1 plug for the oil sending unit
1 O2 sensor
1 knock sensor
1 MAS
1 that grounds the IM to the engine bay ( with a little capacitor looking thing )
1 reverse sensor on the trans
1 power steering slide on plug

and a few more AC plugs which you won't be using.

The blue plug in pic 1 is the fuel pump check connector. Leave it unplugged, it's used for diagnostics.

The pair by the T stat the one with the orange in the plug the bigger one is for your O2 sensor.
