what are these plugs!? ( behind radio)

I was wondering if anyone knows where these go to and what there for? I found them behind my radio when i was installing it.

thanks alot! i also have another one like the grey one that i think goes to the radio, except i put it in and the radio still doesnt turn on.?

stock radio ??

if it is an aftermarket radio all you need to turn it on is the black ground wire, the 12 volt constant orange or yellow, and the 12 volt switched red

The gray one i believe is the Antenna in the back window!
