[RESOLVED] What could it be???

Ill start off by telling you this was a auto to manual swap.Wiring harness ,engine,trans,ecu and rear diff.Ran great for a week.Then out of the blue it started breaking up(coughing and sputtering) around 3300 rpms.Ive changed the fuel filter,ignition mod,coil pack,plugs,wires,ecu,mass,fuel rail and injectors and for the heck of it bov.I am not getting a CEL.So far nothing has worked.A couple of times all it would do is idle,as soon as I hit the gas it wanted to die.I have also done a boost leak and it was good.I have noticed that if I cycle the key off and on it seems to straighten up for a moment.Any thought or ideas would be appreciated!!

P.S The only mods are 2.5" exhaust,K&N air filter and manual boost controller set @ 16

Might want to check your fuel pressure/pump.

Do you have any pre turbo exhaust leaks? A leak might be letting air in, your car adjusts the fuel trims to fix the "lean" conditions, and it then bogs out from too much fuel. Fuel injected cars run a bit leaner right at startup.

No leaks.The exaust turbo back is new.I think I am gonna have to take a look @ the fuel pump.Guess its time for a 255!

Make sure your battery is in good shape and also is the alternator.

Get a datalogger and see if your knocking.

What plugs, what gap? NGK BPR6ES at .0028 ONLY.

It was the pump.I put a 255 in and it took care of it.Thanks gentlemen!!!
