Well first question is why would the car want to stall out when you hit the gas and let off fast until its warmed up, once its warmed up it doesn't do that at all.

Second is I have random missing / some power loss at times, I am thinking this is my coil pack since it has never been changed only the plugs and wire.

I do have a bad ISC motor and probably going to do a BLT today.

There is def. A chance that it could be your isc, especially in Pennsylvania. They are expensive though so u may want to try and snag one from the Junkyard first.
