I recently Sent my Throttlebody to get a rebuild, bore, and FIAV block off, I re installed it and It idles fine *Kinda High Idle* but The check engine light is on at Idle and Turns Off If you blip the throttle..

I only took it around the block once and Pulls MUCH better than before but did hit fuel cut already, Literally only drove it around the block and Stood on it 2 times before pulling it in for the night...

At idle I get the check Engine light but at ANY throttle its gone! Ohh I did remove it working just had some leaks, It never had a issue with check engine light, And sensors were good when it came off....

Is it possible TPS switch is off or something?

Take it to autozone and see what code they pull off of it.

I am going to go with a TPS sensor on this one. Have auto-zone double check it, but I'm pretty sure that's what it's going to be. My bronco (full size 351/C6 truck) is doing the exact same thing. IT does it at idle and then if I cruise at one throttle position too long it will come on again until i change the pedal position.

this is the tps adjustment that is out of spec. Check engine come on when your at idle because the idle switch on the TB tell the ecu that your at idle position, but TPS is not showing the same result.

Damn if its so then i got to pull the intake and throttle body off to set the damn thing again WTF.....

I am catching hell, trying to tune the MAFT I just dont understand it. It Just hits af of 10.0 under boost and then its random from 20.0 to 11.00 just idle or part throttle...

No I have NOT done a boost leak check since the throttlebody re Install but it was MY only source of leaks before and my EGR wich is now fully blocked, I even jb welded the plate on there.... I sent it to Throttlebodys.com for a rebuild, I noticed that the flapper shaft has some side to side play when open but not when closed is this normal?
