Dyno graph looks good.
So that was on pump gas with c16 mixed in.
I wonder what you'd make on just straight pump gas and a decent tune.
I plan on getting the BW s256 extended tip in the future and hope for 420-430awhp pump gas.
Also your boost falling to 20 is cost you a LOT of power. Do you have boost leaks?
I got my 16g holding to redline longer than that, that BW should be capable of holding maybe 25psi at 7k. The external gate will certainly help you a lot, especially if you put a stiff spring combo, do you think your w.g. flapper is blowing open? And what kind of timing advance, AFR are you seeing now?
no boost leaks. the manual boost controller is loosing it up top. before going to the dyno i pulled the acuator line and did a run and boost held solid at 30psi to redline the knock was crazy, so i put the controller back on. dyno guys says i had several restrictions that needs to be taken care of to really see the turbo shine like it should. o2 housing. external wastegate, intake manifold, electronic boost controller ect!

at this point i had nothing to say, the bet involved no money just bragging and reputation rights. so this could explain the very slow spool up as well as the upper rpm boost drop off. i will post pics of the gasket and the modifycation that we did to the turbo to prep it for external tial 38mm wastegate with recirculated punishment racing mild steel o2 housing. i recently installed a hks electronic boost contoller. here is something that i want to share concerning the 38mm flapper that comes on the internal gate, the flapper is 38mm the hole is about 32mm. so we drilled the flapper out and ported the hole to about 39mm in preparation for the tial 38mm external wastegate. so i will be going back to the dyno once everything is installed with no issues and this time we will be tuning this beast
the tial 38mm wastegate ,upgraded steele manifold gasket, upgraded steele 02 gasket and arp turbo to manifold bolts will be here tommorrow.
