Reputable MHI 16G rebuilder

I recently picked up a EVO III Big 16g and I'm looking to get it rebuilt from someone with a solid track record that is interested in the business. I've contacted the person who I desired to rebuild it but haven't heard back from him in the slightest bit of a timely manner. This isn't a vendor review nor is it a bashing post so the name is irrelevant.

I would be interested in knowing the current "go to guys" for something like this. I've contemplated rebuilding it myself but figured by the time I bought quality parts I'd be just as well off paying someone who knows the little things to look for.

Any advice is much appreciated in advance!
