Real MHI 16G?

Guys, I’m trying to buy a turbo… I picked up a 1g GSX and turbo is no good. I really don’t want a knock off. Does this one look like a real MHI big 16g?

Yes, this would be a real MHI Big 16g. You can tell this from the "42" that is in the part number on the compressor cover.

It was a little dark, so I zoomed in and saw the compressor wheel. It looks like a 16g wheel. Plus the numbers look legit.

That’s great info! Thank you so much. I’m happy to say that after seeing your post I’m confident I have two legitimate options. A big 16g and and Evo III big 16g. Time for some research. Thanks again!

There is a big 16g. And an evo 3 16g.

FP lists there evo 3 turbo as an evo 3 big 16g which doesn't exist. Its just an evo 3. That always grinded my gears
