I bought my 2g eclipse without the spoiler, but it came with holes for the spoiler.

I was thinking of doing a cheap fix and plugging it up.

Can anyone help me by linking me to a place that sells these kind of rubber plugs? Good ones would be great, ones that will never come off.

also, 1 of my headlights is fogged up but the other 1 is fine. What is the cheapest/easiest way to get rid of the fog using maybe household items, if any are available?

If you aren't going to plug the wholes properly (weld and paint) then you'll need to check either a crafts store, auto parts stor or even use RTV to seal it.

For the fogging, is it condensation on the inside or yellow/hazing on the outside?

3m makes a head light restorer. It consists of sanding the plastic off and then polishing it. If you do it properly you won't have any sanding marks left and it'll look clear after you polish and fill.

Just goto an auto parts store and you'll find a head light restorer, it doesn't have to be 3m.

No, you need to sand the light. The yellow is the plastic discoloring and ageing. The only way to remove it is by removing the damaged plastic.

Auto stores/hardware stores have cheap plugs for the back. I've also seen guys fill in the holes, sand it down then paint over.

As for the headlight you can either
1) Take it apart and clean it on the inside and out
2) Sand it down lightly(VERY HIGH GRIT) and use Mother's Polish to clean it up(there are some good threads on here on how to do that)

even if you sand them and polish them n get them looking mint. your lucky if you get a year b4 they are like trhat again.

ok this is what i do... i take my headlights off. then i buy really fine grit sandpaper, after that i sand it down lightly and evenly... then i polish it with a good kind of wax,, then i clean it and do it again until im satisfied with my work....!! last but not least i buy a can of good clear coat and give it a couple of coats... (remember that the more time that you let it dry between coats, the better the result) HOPE IT HELPS
