ok for whatever reason when i bought the car the spoiler on it was a little loose, from outside the car u can't notice hardly at all, even if u try and physically shake it it only moves a tiny bit, BUT whenever i'm driving on the freeway or over speed bumps or just not perfectly flat concrete it makes this terrible squeaky noise from inside the car thats really annoying.

I took the back plastic panel off, but of course i have the stock 13 year old hatch shocks so it doesnt stay up so i have to hold it up with one hand while i inspect. ANYWAYS i'm trying to find all the supports for the spoiler, like screws, bolts, whatever is used to hold the spoiler to the car. if anyone knows exactly what holds a 92 gsx spoiler in place, plz let me on the secret so i can tighten something or take it off completely and put new sticky tape or glue or whatever u do to make it stay.

See if you can download this file. It si a copy of a page from my eletronic Shop Manual.

It will show you all the mounting points etc. I had also heard on here the noise is more due to the plastic/metal making contact. The spoiler I purchased had some rubber strip insulation. When I go to install, I may add some Dbl. Sided tape, or even silicone to insulate.

So ck out the file, and pm if you have any questions. :laser:

OPPS!!! OMG Forgot something. When you open the file, ignore the "A", "B", "C" in the boxes and the red arrows. I added these when I sent this to a dealer, looking for parts. Sorry
