Hey guys,

I'm replacing the valve cover on my eclipse (420a) and I noticed quite a bit of oil residue around the metal half moon on the driver side rear of the head. It had been RTV'd in place by a shop that did some oil leak repairs, but I am redoing some of their work and would like to reseal it just in case. I tried removing it with a screwdriver but it keeps marring the cap. Anyone remove one of these before?

Thanks!

Had a very small pry bar that worked perfectly. Wrapped a rag around it, and pryed upward from the bottom of the circle, came right off. Thanks guys!
