Rear sway bar?

I have an issue and was wondering if it's my rear sway bar! My driver side rear wheel is pointing inward. Not to confuse but horizontally inward which is causing my rearend to kick out when I drive on snow! My car is fwd. Could it be bent?

If you've got more than 1/4" toe in than you've got something bent. Check the rear toe control arm first.

Yes that sounds like a bent rear toe control arm. Check the lower control arm as well.
