2G Rear Lower Control arm bolt

Hey what's up guys, for some reason I'm having issue with my rear lower control arm. I'm able to remove everything aside from the bolt closest to the dif, I can't seem to push the bolt out. The gas tank isn't allowing it to be removed. I would understand if the hex part was towards the back, but it's not.. what am I missing here?

Any pics? What have you tried to do so far to remove it? It's most likely froze due to rust and therefore it gets kinda welded to the bushing.

I don't currently have pictures, but it's definitely not frozen.
The bolt can move freely but only so far before the head of the bolt hits the gas tank and won't allow it to move any further. Yet some of the bolt is still in the control arm not allowing it to come out.
