2G Rear lower control arm inner bushing....

Does anyone know where I can get the rear lower control arm INNER bushing? I'm rebuilding a rear gsx subframe right now and when I took out the long bolt (the one everyone dreads) the bushing got destroyed. The Rear Energy Suspension kit (5.3119R) on Extreme PSI site comes with every rear subframe bushing except that one. The Prothane complete kit looks like it comes with it for $150 ... but I already have most of the silicone bushings already, I don't want to buy the whole kit w/ pieces I already have. I'd even be happy with OEM rubber ones if I can get them ... or do I have a buy a whole new control arms? I'd be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Oh, and just for further clarity - it's the one that goes through the control arm where the arm mounts to the subframe itself. They're just to the left and right of the rear diff.

I've been doing some more research on this, and I found this pic from another member here on the board. This is what I'm in need of. I've figured out the part# is C-10042. I'm guessing I can't get these bushings aftermarket unless I buy the whole kit. Can I get them OEM still?

Looks like you can get them as Part # MAB-065 ... if that helps anyone else out on this board.
