Rear disc brakes and 14" rims?

Will the OEM 14" alloy rims from an Eclipse RS fit a rear disc brake setup?

I don't think I ever had 14" rims on my car after I upgraded to a rear disc setup, but I found this post from way back in 2005 that claims 14's will fit fine:

My research suggests you'll run into problems if you upgrade the front calipers to GSX calipers or larger, but the rears shouldn't be an issue.
