Resolved 2GNT Disc brake conversion

Does anyone know what is required to convert these ugly drums to discs on the rear? Is it possible to maintain emergency brake functionality? Where would be the cheapest place to buy a kit? And amount of time required to install? I was looking for a little more braking performance.
