420A 2gNT Clutch bolts?

So I got this clutch for my 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse rs (420a) from throtl I was told I needed that flywheel that’s in the picture it’s a 5 speed manual and I was told I need the 4 bolts to bolt on to the clutch im not sure if that’s right or not so i would truly appreciate some help? If it is where could I find those 4 bolts?

So I assume you're doing a manual swap? And that's why you needed the bolts and flexplate? (Yes it's called a flexplate)

If not, the bolts are re-usable
 
No I’m changing my clutch I had a act clutch before but the act flywheel doesn’t fit my new clutch
 
The stock setup was modular. Clutch disc, flywheel and pressure plate all riveted together. If you wanted a light flywheel the pieces would come separately like a regular clutch setup.
