420A 2gNT Transmission to block bolts

For whatever reason this bolt won’t go in all the way anybody have an idea why it’s went in fine any other time and does anybody know what size this bolt is supposed to be I looked at forums they say m8x1.25 and it definitely is not

All the trans to motor bolts should be the same thread pitch. Some are longer than others. If I'm remembering correctly the 2 top ones that sit below the head are shorter than the lower ones by the front motor mount and the rear one by the cv axle so you may have them switched up


Can't say what size off the top of my head but M8 sounds a little small.
