Raising suspension

Ok so when i bought my 92 talon tsi the guy that i bought it from he put a lowering kit on it and he told me that the struts were bad. which he was correct however the other thing that i noticed is that when he put different springs on there he cut them too short which makes the ride really bumpy to where i bottom out on every bump almost. If i was to buy new coil over springs and struts could i raise the car to its original height?

Yes. If your wanting to car at stock ride height then just go buy new struts and find some factory springs. Adjustable coilovers are spendy and not needed if your wanting the car to have the factory "stance"

Yes you can raise the car back up. If your looking to return it to orginal height, why not just buy some stock springs and new struts.

coilovers will not get you to the stock height, most will drop between 1.5"-2" from stock.

If you replace the cut springs with new NON-lowering springs, then your car will not be as low. Keep in mind that if you are still using the stock struts, your car will be lower because of that as well, being that they are worn out.
