Ok I am getting some 1000cc injectors aswell as walbro 255 aremotive fpr and a dsmlink. My question is... is it safe for me to run the 1000cc injectors on the stock fpr and fuel pump with a maft? I dont wanna turn the boost up any higher then i already have i just want to know if its safe to run them? The reason i ask is because my brother offered to buy my injectors if he could have my stock ones to turbo his accord..... Thankx for the help all.

The biggest concern here would be your regulator. Thats whats going to keep you from running like crap the whole time.

So if my fpr is in good shape itll run ok? As long as its drivable and safe and doesnt die all the time i realy wouldnt care if it idled ruffly.

The ecu wont compensate for the 1000cc injectors so it would think they are the 450's, so everything would be out of whack. Dsmlink compensates for the injectors size or you could get a eprom chip but if you are getting link in the future I would just wait til then.

He said in his first post that he has a MAFt. Now the question is does the maft compensate for 1000cc injectors... I think it does... I have maft but i don't have the manual handy.

You will have serious idle issues unless you are a sharp tuner and can tune out the dead time for 1000cc injectors... But it is very possible. Do you know how crazy high your timing will be? Compensating for the injectors with a piggyback means that you are fooling the ecu into thinking that you have less air flowing into your engine. That consequently causes your ecu to operate on a more aggressive timing map. That is the reason why I say don't do it. Get an eprom ecu and a chip burned for your injectors for cheap. About $300 total. Or go dsmlink. DSMLink will be better for your FP3065 on your wishlist:thumb: . But again guys have done fine with a chip and a piggy back with that size of turbo.

Well like i said the reason i ask is that my bro offered to buy em for me if he could have the stock ones... I guess he can after i get a pump and afpr and the dmslink and eprom ecu. Well in other words when i come upw ith a grand. ROFL
