question about pte injectors..

a guy has what he says are four 680cc pte injectors. he doesn't want them, says they're brand new, and will sell them to me at a good price. i'm worried about getting ripped off. i don't know much about pte injectors. is there a way to tell for sure they are 680cc without paying to get them flow tested? are the size's printed on the injectors or anything? thanks in advance for the help.

i know when i got mine the size was scratched in on the side, dont know if thats how they always come though.

oh, and how are your's doing for you? i read they are actually a little less than what they say, like the 680s are more like 650s

The injectors themselves are good, although like you mentioned they do flow a tad less than advertised. I have PTE/Delphi 780s that, according to DSMLink fuel trim settings, flow more like 750s.

so do yours have the cc size on them also??

Not inscribed on them, no. I got them off eBay from a vendor called Import Blowout Sales. But they work fine-- I did look up the model number that is inscribed on them and verified that they were 780s. I forget where now, though, since it's been like 6 months.

they have "1356143" inscribed on them. i don't know if anybody can help me with what that means?

I got some second hand and they look like yours, all of mine have a different # on them. One thing though...what's that black circle on the bottom of them? Mine just have a plastic black cover tip.
